Topographic and geodetic surveys

These consist of precise measurement of the position, elevation, and configuration of the terrain using dual-frequency GNSS equipment, total stations, and precision levels. These surveys are the geometric foundation of any project: the design of roads, platforms, foundations, and utility networks is built upon them. Our crews work both in urban areas and in hard-to-reach terrain, such as riverbanks and lake areas, georeferencing every point with centimeter-level precision.

Geological and geophysical studies

These analyze the composition, structure, and behavior of the subsurface using indirect methods such as refraction seismology and electrical resistivity, complemented by geological interpretation of the area. These studies allow subsurface conditions — faults, cavities, water table, rock or soil type — to be anticipated before drilling, reducing risks and unforeseen issues during construction, especially in linear infrastructure works and industrial platforms.

Geotechnical and soil mechanics studies

These determine the load-bearing capacity of the soil and its mechanical properties through standard penetration tests (SPT), dynamic tests (DPSH, DPH), and undisturbed sample recovery for laboratory testing. This information defines the appropriate foundation type for each structure — shallow or deep — and identifies risks such as expansive, soft, or liquefaction-prone soils, fundamental for the safe design of any building or road.

Topo-hydraulic studies

These assess the hydraulic behavior of channels, watersheds, and drainage works: design discharge, flood levels, flow velocities, and the conveyance capacity of channels and hydraulic structures. They are essential for the design of bridges, culverts, channels, and stormwater drainage systems, as well as for assessing a site's flood risk before construction.

River and offshore bathymetric studies

These measure the depth and configuration of the bottom of rivers, channels, and coastal areas using echo sounders and GNSS positioning equipment, generating plan and bed profile drawings. These studies are the basis for dredging projects, navigation channel maintenance, underwater pipeline crossings, and port works, such as the work we carried out in the access channel of the Port of Frontera, on the Grijalva River.

As-Built preparation (Scan to BIM)

We document existing facilities through 3D laser scanning, converting the captured point cloud into detailed BIM models that represent the real geometry of structures, pipelines, and installations with millimeter precision. This service is key when original construction records are unavailable or do not match the actual facility, and it is essential for expansion, remodeling, or maintenance projects of operating industrial plants.

Construction and surveying expert appraisals

We produce independent technical opinions on the condition, dimensions, or regulatory compliance of an existing construction or survey, supported by field measurements and photographic documentation. These appraisals are used to resolve contractual disputes, verify compliance with executive projects, or assess damage or impacts to structures.

Cadastral surveys

These consist of the precise measurement and delimitation of properties for regularization, deed registration, or land merging and subdivision, in accordance with current cadastral regulations. We generate the drawings and technical documentation required for filings with the public property registry and municipal or state cadastral authorities.

Detailed drawings for the comprehensive analysis project on pipeline replacement at river right-of-way crossings, with channel design based on hydrological, hydraulic, and scour studies ruled on by the CNA.

Bathymetric study

Executive project for the maintenance of the access navigation channel, river mouth, and river at the Port of Frontera, Tabasco, with general plan and bathymetric profile.

This type of study relies on the same technology we use to geoposition more than 3,500 km of Pemex pipelines and survey more than 100,000 m² of industrial facilities in the southern region.
