This comprehensive service focuses not only on ensuring that every project is executed within the projected timeline and budget, but also that it reaches the highest standards of excellence and meets complex expectations.

The 7 phases of the service

Initial consulting and needs assessment

Every complex project begins by thoroughly understanding what the client needs and the context in which it will be built. In this phase, we bring the technical team together with the client to define scope, regulatory constraints, preliminary budget, and time expectations, and we carry out an initial diagnosis of the site and of the project's legal, environmental, and social environment. The result is a baseline document that guides all subsequent design and planning decisions.

Planning and design

With the needs already defined, we develop the project master plan: overall schedule, conceptual engineering, design criteria, and coordination between the different disciplines involved (civil, structural, electrical, hydraulic, among others). In complex projects such as industrial platforms or road interchanges, this stage includes preliminary BIM modeling to anticipate conflicts between systems before moving on to detailed engineering.

Resource allocation and budgeting

Here the plan is translated into numbers: materials, labor, machinery, and schedules are quantified, and the detailed project budget is structured, including contingencies. The field teams and specialized crews to be mobilized are also defined, as well as key suppliers and subcontractors, so that execution starts with the right resources from day one.

Project execution and management

This is the phase where the project takes shape: on-site crews are coordinated, physical and financial progress is monitored against the schedule, and the changes that inevitably arise on site are managed. Our management team maintains constant communication between design and the field to resolve unforeseen issues without compromising deadlines or quality.

Supervision, control, and reporting

In parallel with execution, rigorous technical supervision is carried out: quality control of materials and processes, verification of compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations, and periodic progress reports for the client. This phase is key to detecting deviations early and maintaining traceability of all decisions made during construction.

Project closeout and post-implementation evaluation

At the end of construction, formal handover takes place: final testing, As-Built documentation, operation manuals, and the administrative and legal settlement of the contract. We also evaluate the results against the objectives set in the initial phase, documenting lessons learned that improve the management of future projects.

Maintenance and operation

Many of our clients stay with us beyond handover: we offer preventive and corrective maintenance programs and provide technical support during the operation phase to ensure that the delivered infrastructure maintains its performance and service life over time.
