This integrated service focuses not only on ensuring every project runs on schedule and on budget, but also that it reaches the highest standards of excellence and meets complex expectations.

The service's 7 phases

Initial consulting and needs assessment

Every complex project starts by fully understanding what the client needs and the context where it will be built. In this phase we bring the technical team together with the client to define scope, regulatory constraints, a preliminary budget and time expectations, and we carry out an initial diagnosis of the site and the project's legal, environmental and social setting. The result is a baseline document that guides every design and planning decision that follows.

Planning and design

With the needs already defined, we develop the project's master plan: overall schedule, conceptual engineering, design criteria and coordination across the disciplines involved (civil, structural, electrical, hydraulic, among others). On complex projects such as industrial platforms or road interchanges, this stage includes preliminary BIM modeling to anticipate clashes between systems before moving into detailed engineering.

Resource and budget allocation

Here the plan is translated into numbers: materials, labor, machinery and timelines are quantified, and the project's detailed budget is structured, including contingencies. The field crews and specialized brigades to be mobilized are also defined, along with key suppliers and subcontractors, so execution starts with the right resources from day one.

Project execution and management

This is the phase where the project materializes: crews are coordinated on site, physical and financial progress is tracked against the schedule, and the changes that inevitably arise in the field are managed. Our management team keeps constant communication between design and the field to resolve surprises without compromising schedule or quality.

Supervision, control and reporting

Alongside execution, rigorous technical supervision is carried out: quality control of materials and processes, verification of compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations, and periodic progress reports for the client. This phase is key to catching deviations early and keeping traceability of every decision made during construction.

Project closeout and post-implementation review

Once construction is complete, formal handover takes place: final tests, As-Built documentation, operation manuals and the administrative and legal closeout of the contract. We also evaluate the results against the objectives set in the initial phase, documenting lessons learned that improve the management of future projects.

Maintenance and operation

Many of our clients stay with us beyond handover: we offer preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and provide technical support during the operation phase to make sure the delivered infrastructure keeps its performance and service life over time.
